At Play Ventures Oy, we're not just another recruitment agency, we're a partner.

Every company is different. So we work with our clients to really understand what they need, and put together a process that works for everyone involved, and ultimately, get people onboard.

Step One - Intake
We will schedule a call with you to assess your position and procedures. During the call, we will run through the job description, as well as the soft skills required for the position. Additionally, we will delve into your recruitment process and collaborate with you to make any necessary adjustments.
Step Two - Outreach
We use everything from job boards to LinkedIn to Github, and our own event communities, to source exceptional talent for our clients. However, finding individuals is only one aspect of the challenge. Our strategy involves customising our approach alongside our clients to ensure the messaging is right. Finally, we personalise our communication to each candidate to achieve the highest possible response rate.
Step Three - Qualification
At this stage, we take all the insights gained from the intake call to ensure that candidates not only possess the necessary qualifications but also show genuine interest in your position. We ensure that the candidates complete thorough research prior to being submitted, rather than afterwards.
Step Four - Interviews
We will handle the entire process for you. We will work with you to schedule interviews, ensure candidates are adequately prepared, manage feedback, and facilitate their progression through your selection process. We will also ensure you are kept informed about the candidates’ timelines.
Step Five - Offers
Once you’ve found a candidate you want to extend an offer to, the process is not yet complete. In today’s competitive industry, candidates often receive multiple offers simultaneously, while companies are increasingly focused on retaining their existing employees. Therefore, we’ll collaborate closely with you to ensure that the offer you present is compelling and competitive. Additionally we will manage the negotiation process on your behalf and provide guidance to the candidate regarding their resignation.
Step Six - Onboarding
Once the new hire has started their role, we’ll mostly leave it to your onboarding roadmap. Nevertheless, we remain actively involved by consistently monitoring their progress during the first initial weeks and months to ensure a smooth transition. Should we identify any potential concerns, we will communicate these with you to get them resolved.
